Species crossreactivity : Human, mouse, rat, sheep, dog, beluga, bovine, fish (carp, rainbow trout, Chinook/Chum/Coho salmon), pacific oyster, guinea pig, scallop, pig, hamster, rabbit, chicken, Artemia, Xenopus, Drosophila, and yeast.

Format : Mouse IgG in PBS pH 7.2; 50% glycerol, 0.09% azide. Protein G affinity purified.

Concentration and working dilution : 1mg/ml; 1µg/ml was sufficient for detection of hsp70/Hsc70 in 20µg of HeLa lysate.
