Species crossreactivity : Human (beta-specific), Rat Liver, S. cerevisiae, S. pombe.  Limited or no cross- reactivity to rice or P. caudatum (10).

Format : Mouse IgG in PBS pH 7.2; 50% glycerol, 0.09% azide. Protein G affinity purified.

Concentration and working dilution : 1mg/ml; 1µg/ml was sufficient for detection of hsp90αβ by Western Blot in 20µg of HeLa lysate.
