Hsp90alpha ELISA Kit

StressMarq Biosciences Inc.’s Molecular Signature™ Series ELISA Kit is for the detection of human Hsp90α in cell lysates, tissue extracts, and serum samples. Each kit contains sufficient components to quantitate the Hsp90α concentration in up to 40 samples, tested in duplicate. The ELISA is specific for Hsp90α and does not cross react with Hsp90α, Grp94, Hsp60 or Hsp70.

Assay Range : 32-0.5 ng/mL

Suggested standard curve points are 32 ng/mL, 16 ng/mL, 8 ng/mL, 4 ng/mL, 2 ng/mL, 1 ng/mL, 0.5 ng/mL, and 0 ng/mL.

Assay Specificity and Species Reactivity :

This assay is specific for Hsp90α and will not react with Hsp90β. The assay does not cross react with 100 ng/mL of Grp94, Hsp60, or Hsp70.

The Hsp90α ELISA has been validated for the detection of human Hsp90α.
