HyNic Silane

The S-HyNic (succinimidyl-6-hydrazino-nicotinamide) heterobifunctional crosslinker is fundamental to Solulink’s proprietary linker technology. This crosslinker is used for incorporation of HyNic linkers on silica/glass surfaces. S-HyNic analog reacts with surfaces, introducing a HyNic (6-hydrazinonicotinamide) linker that forms stable covalent conjugates with biomolecules possessing 4FB (4-formylbenzamide) incorporated linkers for the immobilization of biomolecules to glass surfaces.
