LB Agar Plates with Ampicillin -100, Kanamycin -25 and X-gal

Description : 1% tryptone, 0.5% yeast extract, 1.0% sodium chloride, 1.5% agar, 100µg/ml ampicillin, 25µg/ml kanamycin, 0.1mM IPTG, 60µg/ml X-gal.
Application : For use with ampicillin and kanamycin resistant strains and strains harboring plasmids such as pUCD5, pCR®2.1, RK2 series plasmids. X-gal allows blue/white selection of colonies.
