Description : Endothelial Mitogen can be used for Human & Mammalian Vascular Endothelial
Cells at concentration of 0.1-0.3mg/ml of serum supplemented media & 0.01-0.1mg with
heparin. Endothelial Mitogen can be used for Hybridoma Cell Cloning at concentrations of
0.025-0.15mg/ml of serum supplemented media.
Endothelial Mitogen can be used for Balb/C-3T3 Cells at concentrations of 0.2mg/ml of serum
Supplemented media.

Source : Bovine Hypothalamus.

Presentation : 5 mg (BT-203-5), 20 mg (BT-203-20), or 100 mg (BT-203-100), sterile
filtered Endothelial-Mitogen was lyophilized from a concentrated solution containing 0.1M NaCl
and 5mM NaH2PO4, pH 7.4.

Solubility : It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Endothelial-Mitogen Bovine
Recombinant in sterile 18MΩ-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted
to other aqueous solutions.

Stability : Lyophilized Endothelial-Mitogen Bovine although stable at room temperature for 3
weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C.
Upon reconstitution Endothelial-Mitogen Bovine Recombinant should be stored at 4°C between
2-7 days and for future use below -18°C.
