Description : IRAK inhibitor 4 is an inhibitor of interleukin- 1 receptor-associated kinase [1].IRAK-4 belongs to Interleukin-1 Receptor-Associated Kinase, which are key components in the signal transduction pathways. IRAK-4 is an essential signal transducer downstream of interleukin-1 receptor (IL-1R), interleukin-18 receptor (IL-18R) and Toll-like receptors (TLRs). Inhibition of IRAK-4 can modulate its function, thus toning down inflammatory responses. IRAK inhibitor 4 is an indazole inhibitor. As inhibitors of IRAK-4, imidazo[1,2-b]pyridazines and indazoles are used for treatment of some inflammatory, cell proliferative and immune-related disorders [1].
