Description : Oridonin has potent anti-tumor activity. Oridonin targets AE (AML1-ETO) oncoprotein. Exposure to oridonin induces apoptosis in AE-bearing leukemic cells through the activation of intrinsic apoptotic pathway and triggering a caspase-3-mediated degradation
