96-Well High-through Plates™

Description

Crystalgen High-through plate is a SBS standard 96-well sitting-drop, high-through-put plate for protein crystallization. The high-through plate is made of clear polystyrene with 8 vertical wells(labeled with A to H) versus 12 horizontal wells. The plate features two locations for sample per reservoir. The sample wells are concave depressions on the ledge above the adjacent reagent reservoir. There are two sample wells, one is located on the corner of the send one. The top sample well hold maximum 10 ul of the sample and the lower circle sample well can hold maximum 4.3 ul sample. The adjacent buffer well can hold up to 250 ul. The high-through plates are rigid with no flex and designed for use either with automated or manual pipetting.
