DESCRIPTION
Siliconized Acrylic cover slides are unbreakable for growing protein crystals. The Acrylic cover slides provide hydrophobic surface and allow the drop "stand-up" and does not flatten on the surface. These high quality finished surface also prevents the adhension crystals and precipitate onto the surface. Acrylic is also the most inactive material to most chemicals. Therefore, Acrylic cover slides can be used with any screening buffers or sealed with all kinds of grease and immersion oils.
