Description
StockSelections™ screen buffer kits are stock buffers for the macromolecular crystallization. The kits are manufactured with ultrapure crystallization grade chemicals under strict quality standard to ensure the reliable performance and consistence. The kits provide a wide range of pH with the most used chemicals and reagents for crystallization. The wide range of pH allows an easy and precision selection and reduces the long procedure to prepare and re-tests the consistence of the chemicals.
StockSelections™ Sodium HEPES is supplied as 1.0 M stock solutions in 10 µl volumes.The kit is comprised of 15 unique reagents covering the pH rang of 6.8 to 8.2 in 0.1 pH unit increments.
