About The Test

The BTI Human EGF EIA Kit employs a competitive binding technique in which biotinylated hEGF competes with unlabelled hEGF for a limited number of specific binding sites on the immobilized antibody.  The protocol is 3.5 hours and requires only a 50ul sample.  The assay range is 0.5-100ng/ml.  Urine samples can be assayed directly without dilution.  All the necessary reagents, a human urine control, and a complete protocol are included with the kit.
