Application : MEOX1 antibody can be used for Western blot at a suggested dilution of 0.2-2.0 ug/ml in 5% skim milk / PBS buffer, and HRP conjugated anti Rabbit IgG should be diluted in 1: 50,000 – 100,053 as secondary antibody. The protein size is 254 , 184 amino acids.

Buffer : Antibody is supplied in PBS buffer with 2% sucrose.

Storage : MEOX1 antibody is supplied in PBS buffer containing 0.02% sodium azide. For longer periods of storage, store at -20ºC. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycle.
